GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available at our office: 530-365-3140. 

Call us ahead of time and we will have your certificate ready for you upon your arrival.  

OFFICE POLICY:

Gift certificates are non-refundable but they may be transferred to anyone you want. The client using the gift must present the original gift certificate before the session begins.

The client must give at least 4-hours notice when cancelling a scheduled appointment. If KMA Essential Health does not receive at least 4-hours notice the certificate will become VOID and no longer can be used.

Your gift certificates are still valid. You will see no change to prepaid sessions under the old business name.
